Care Support Professional (Nights)

About the role
We are looking for a compassionate and professional Care Support Professional to join our salaried night team at Auriens Chelsea. You will provide high‑quality, person‑centred care to residents in their private apartments, supporting them to live safely, comfortably and independently throughout the night.
Key responsibilities
- Provide scheduled care visits to residents in their apartments.
- Respond to resident requests for support across the building.
- Assist residents with personal care, mobility and daily tasks.
- Monitor resident wellbeing and report any concerns.
- Maintain accurate care records and follow company policies.
- Respond to urgent situations such as falls, illness or emergency calls.
Required profile
- Care Certificate.
- Moving & Handling training.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- First Aid certification.
- Basic clinical skills (desirable).
