Care Support Worker

About the role

Join a friendly home‑care team in Norwich and help clients live safely and comfortably in their own homes. You will provide personal support, companionship and practical assistance while making a real difference each day.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with starting their day confidently, including personal care and medication support.
• Provide friendly conversation, share a laugh and enjoy a cuppa together.
• Prepare simple meals and help with household tasks.
• Encourage hobbies and meaningful moments to promote independence.
• Support clients in staying independent and safe at home.

Required profile

• Kind, positive and reliable with good listening skills.
• Comfortable chatting and building rapport with clients.
• Available to work weekdays/evenings and alternate weekends.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

• Competitive hourly rate of £15‑£16.50.
• Shift patterns: 7:00‑14:30 and 15:45‑22:00.
