About the role
Join a fast‑growing care provider in Enfield delivering essential support to elderly and vulnerable adults. This role offers flexible full‑time or part‑time patterns, allowing you to work mornings, evenings or a mix that fits your lifestyle while making a real difference in people’s lives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personal, domestic care and companionship in service users' homes.
- Support users to build confidence, self‑esteem and manage mental‑health symptoms.
- Assist with medication administration and daily living skills.
- Carry out domestic chores and help maintain independence.
- Accurately record daily activities and care provided.
Required profile
- Good verbal communication and written English.
- Commitment, enthusiasm, flexibility and professionalism.
- Empathy, compassion and a genuine desire to help others.
- Full UK/EU driving licence and own transport (highly desirable).
Required skills
- Problem‑solving and solutions‑focused approach.
- Positive, friendly attitude with a ‘can‑do’ mindset.
