Careers Administrator Support

About the role
The school is seeking a Careers Administrator Support professional to join its team from September 2026. This full‑time, onsite position will help deliver a comprehensive careers programme for students, ensuring they receive guidance, employer engagement and post‑16 pathway information.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support for the school’s careers provision.
- Coordinate and organise careers events, workshops, assemblies and employer visits.
- Liaise with external agencies, employers, colleges, universities and training providers.
- Maintain student records and support careers‑related reporting and tracking.
- Assist with the organisation of work experience and other enrichment opportunities.
- Support efficient management of careers processes and documentation.
- Provide general administrative assistance as required.
Required profile
- Previous administrative experience within a school setting.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Confidence in liaising with a range of external stakeholders.
- Experience organising events and managing multiple priorities.
- Proactive and professional approach to work.
- Careers‑related experience in a school is desirable but not essential.
