Caretaker – Residential Block Maintenance

About the role
We are seeking a reliable Caretaker to maintain residential blocks across the Romford and Dagenham area. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, 08:00‑16:00, on a temporary ongoing contract.
Key responsibilities
- Clean the interior of residential blocks, ensuring common areas are tidy and presentable.
- Pick up litter in communal outdoor spaces.
- Report any repairs or maintenance issues using a dedicated mobile app, including attaching photos via email.
Required profile
- Valid full UK driving licence.
- Availability to work the stated hours on weekdays.
- Ability to follow safe recruitment and health‑and‑safety procedures.
