Caretaker – Site Management & Maintenance

About the role
We are seeking a reliable Caretaker to manage a site in Wembley. The role involves overseeing both planned and reactive building maintenance as well as routine cleaning, ensuring the premises remain safe and functional.
Key responsibilities
- Perform scheduled building maintenance tasks.
- Respond promptly to reactive maintenance issues.
- Carry out cleaning duties to maintain site hygiene.
- Manage general site operations during working hours.
Required profile
- Full UK driving licence.
- Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑16:00.
- Willingness to engage on a temporary, ongoing contract (PAYE).
