Caretaker (Temp) – South West London

About the role

As a temporary caretaker you will join the on‑site team in South West London, ensuring the residential community remains clean, safe and well‑maintained. You will work full‑time on‑site, supporting both day‑to‑day upkeep and occasional repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out regular inspections to uphold cleanliness, safety and high standards across the site.
• Perform general maintenance tasks and minor repairs as needed.
• Manage waste disposal and assist recycling initiatives.
• Keep communal areas tidy, presentable and free of hazards.
• Remove and clean graffiti from internal and external surfaces.
• Assist residents with enquiries, providing friendly customer service.
• Report any issues or hazards promptly to management.

• Approachable and friendly, able to make residents feel supported.
• Proactive, taking initiative to identify and address tasks before being asked.
