CargoWise Assistant – IT Support for Freight Forwarder

About the role

Freightserve is seeking a CargoWise Assistant to provide first‑line IT support for its freight forwarding operations based near Heathrow. The role combines day‑to‑day user assistance with participation in CargoWise system projects, ensuring smooth operation of the company’s logistics software.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for all user CargoWise issues.
• Assist with CargoWise IT projects, including system implementations.
• Escalate complex issues to second‑line support when required.
• Support problems with various Microsoft applications.
• Deliver basic network infrastructure support.
• Perform IT supplier‑related activities such as procurement.
