Carpenter – Mobile Repairs across Poole, Bournemouth & Christchurch

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our client’s maintenance team on a mobile basis, servicing homes throughout Poole, Bournemouth and Christchurch. You will work independently and as part of a team to deliver a wide range of repair and fit‑out projects.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out all forms of carpentry repairs, both 1st fix and 2nd fix.
• Install and service windows, doors and door frames (internal and external).
• Perform UPVC servicing and installation.
• Undertake locksmithing tasks such as lock snapping, drilling and picking.
• Construct and repair various fencing types, including posts, feather‑edge, chain‑link and panels.
• Fit and build kitchens and complete minor joinery work.
• Carry out basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating and other general maintenance duties as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in carpentry.
• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong health and safety awareness.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Full, current driving licence with at least one year of driving experience and willingness to operate a company van.
