Carpenter Multi Trader – Southampton

About the role

Join a busy property maintenance team delivering a wide range of repairs and installations across residential properties in Southampton. This permanent, full‑time position offers a company van, fuel card and the chance to boost earnings through overtime and call‑out work.

Key responsibilities

• 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, including internal and external doors, frames and windows
• UPVC installation and servicing
• Locksmith duties such as gaining entry, lock changes and repairs
• Fencing repairs and installations
• Kitchen fitting and minor joinery works
• Basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, decorating and general property maintenance

Required profile

• NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or at least 5 years proven carpentry experience
• Previous experience in residential repairs, maintenance or housing environments
• Good understanding of health and safety practices
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills
• Full UK driving licence with minimum 12 months driving experience
