Carpet & Flooring Salesperson – Eastleigh

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Carpet & Flooring Salesperson to join our busy Eastleigh store. You will be the front‑line contact for customers, helping them choose the right carpet or flooring solution while delivering a friendly, professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and advise customers on carpet, flooring and related products.
• Maintain up‑to‑date showroom presentation and stock levels.
• Process orders, manage stock control and coordinate deliveries.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
• Support promotional activities and upsell where appropriate.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in flooring or carpet retail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with a diverse customer base.
• Motivated, confident and eager to contribute to a successful team.
• Willingness to work the store’s opening hours (9:00‑17:30 Mon‑Sat, 10:00‑16:00 bank holidays).
