Case Handler / Administrator – Medical Services

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join a professional services business in Clevedon. You will manage a portfolio of medical cases, taking full responsibility for all administration and communication associated with each case.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with hospitals, doctors, patients and solicitors to schedule appointments and share full appointment details in line with service level agreements.
- Ensure patients attend appointments, re‑arranging where necessary.
- Manage external resources, maintaining service levels within set budgets.
- Maintain a consistently high level of service and communication with all parties.
- Monitor service levels and client satisfaction with external agents.
- Plan and prioritise your own workload.
Required profile
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
- Self‑starter with determination to deliver excellent service under pressure.
Required skills
What we offer
- Salary of £26,000‑£27,000 per year.
- Full‑time, 9am‑5pm, Monday‑Friday schedule.
- Hybrid working after probation (one day remote per week).
- On‑site parking.
