Case Manager - Mortgages and Protection

About the role

Thompson & Terry is partnering with a respected financial services business to hire a Case Manager who will oversee mortgage and protection cases from application to completion. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate with advisers, lenders, insurers, solicitors, estate agents and surveyors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage mortgage and protection cases through every stage, ensuring accurate packaging and timely progression.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and third‑party partners, providing updates and resolving queries.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee compliance and high‑quality service.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation in line with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Previous administrative experience with a strong eye for detail.
• Passion for delivering excellent client service and building lasting relationships.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, both over the phone and face‑to‑face.
• Highly organised, able to prioritise a varied workload and keep multiple cases moving forward.
• Integrity, teamwork mindset and willingness to learn and take ownership of issues.
