Case Manager – Tenancy and Estates

About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our tenancy and estates team in Taunton. You will be the first point of contact for customers, offering advice, support and managing complex tenancy cases to help vulnerable tenants maintain their homes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide initial tenancy advice and guidance to new and existing customers.
- Manage a portfolio of 550‑750 tenancies, ensuring accurate records in the Open Housing System.
- Assess and intervene in complex cases, delivering comprehensive support to vulnerable tenants.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to resolve tenancy issues.
- Maintain up‑to‑date documentation and comply with housing regulations.
Required profile
- Proven experience working with vulnerable individuals in a housing or social care environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations.
- Attention to detail and ability to record information accurately.
Required skills
- Experience using the Open Housing System or similar tenancy management software.
