CASS Manager (VN2905)

About the role

The CASS Manager will lead the governance of the CASS framework across Marex's UK entities, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing pragmatic solutions to complex regulatory challenges. This senior‑level position works closely with business functions, auditors and external stakeholders to safeguard client money and uphold the firm’s risk standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the CASS Governance Framework, including strategy, policy and training programmes.
• Assess organisational and regulatory changes, validating the framework’s ongoing adequacy.
• Provide senior‑level CASS technical support to clients and act as the primary contact for auditors and regulators.
• Lead resolution of material CASS risks, incidents and complex operational issues.
• Develop and maintain MI, KPIs, risk & controls matrices and policy documentation.
• Oversee client money reconciliation, CMAR submissions and daily monitoring activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in compliance, audit or operational oversight within a financial services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage regulatory change and interact with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on risk mitigation.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of the UK CASS regulatory framework.
• Experience authoring policy documents, risk & controls matrices and governance reports.
• Ability to develop and interpret MI/KPI dashboards for compliance monitoring.
