About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at Lord’s, the iconic home of cricket, as a casual staff member. You’ll work in a vibrant venue delivering food and drink to guests while enjoying the unique atmosphere of major sporting events.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent food and beverage service to all customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menus and make recommendations.
• Handle customer feedback promptly and professionally.
• Ensure personal presentation and punctuality at all times.
• Complete all required training, both in-person and online.
• Collaborate positively with the wider Lord’s team and uphold MCC values.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a can-do attitude.
• Good customer service mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for contributing to guest enjoyment.
• High standard of personal hygiene and presentation.
• Proactive, hard-working and solution-oriented.
