Casualty/Liability Claims Technician - Fully Remote

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Casualty/Liability Claims Technician to join our team on a fully remote basis. In this position you will investigate and settle employer and public liability claims across the UK, ensuring compliance with client standards and delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate liability claims for employers and public liability, including injury and TPPD incidents.
• Gather and assess evidence to determine legal and policy liability and quantum.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for claim settlement.
• Settle claims where appropriate, adhering to client requirements and service standards.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in handling casualty or liability claims within the UK.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
