Casualty/Liability Claims Technician (Remote)

About the role
We are seeking a Casualty/Liability Claims Technician to work remotely, investigating and settling employer and public liability claims across the UK. The role involves applying technical knowledge to assess injuries, TPPD claims and provide clear, compliant recommendations.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate employer and public liability (injury and TPPD) claims.
- Gather and analyse evidence to support claim decisions.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations in line with client service standards.
- Settle claims where appropriate, ensuring compliance with legal and policy requirements.
- Maintain high levels of customer service throughout the claims process.
Required profile
- Proven experience in casualty or liability claims handling.
- Strong understanding of legal and policy liability frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written communication and reporting skills.
