Category Development Lead – Grocery & eCommerce (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Join Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages as a Customer Category Lead for Grocery & eCommerce. You will shape the future growth and brand‑building agenda, developing and activating category and channel strategies that drive sustainable growth and create value for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of 12‑36 month Grocery & eCommerce channel strategies to unlock growth.
• Drive category growth, premiumisation and value creation through customer‑focused insight and strategic planning.
• Partner with senior customer stakeholders to build trusted relationships and sustainable growth plans.
• Deliver compelling category recommendations that translate insight into actionable commercial opportunities.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration to align business priorities and bring strategic plans to life.
• Oversee the Integrated Commercial Planning process, linking market strategy to annual priorities and customer plans.
• Build and inspire a high‑performing Customer Category team with capabilities in shopper insight, OOH dynamics and commercial storytelling.

Required profile

• Significant commercial, category development and channel strategy experience within FMCG.
• Proven ability to shape and activate customer or channel strategies and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership record with experience developing high‑performing teams.
• Experience leading change in complex matrix organisations.
• Strategic thinking, commercial judgement and agility to solve complex problems.
