Category Manager – High Street, Forecourts & Convenience

About the role

We are looking for a confident, collaborative Category Manager to join the Marketing function at KP Snacks. You will shape the future of snacking across High Street, forecourts and convenience channels, developing insight‑led category solutions that grow the business and improve physical availability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer category partnerships and build trusted relationships with customer teams.
• Provide category insight, reporting and recommendations to support the High Street, forecourts and convenience agenda.
• Help define channel priorities, share internal and external insights, and contribute to strategic category plans.
• Embed the Impulse Category Vision and develop customer‑facing materials.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Category colleagues to drive category growth.

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, analytical and results‑oriented.
