CCTV Operator – Nights – 4 on 4 off

About the role

The CCTV Operator will work night shifts in a 4‑on/4‑off pattern, monitoring security cameras and related systems from the control room in West London. You will ensure operational excellence, respond to incidents, and maintain high standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and all security control room technologies, including intruder alarms, access control, BMS, fire alarms, and lift intercoms.
• Prepare and maintain control‑room equipment, keeping the environment tidy and ready for operation.
• Record and log incidents in the Zinc system, ensuring accurate asset tracking and compliance checks.
• Assist in emergency response, investigating fire alarm activations and providing assistance as required.
• Conduct patrols of security personnel, reporting any breaches to the Control Supervisor.

Required profile

• Valid SIA CCTV Licence (DS or SG) and corporate CCTV security experience.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions during emergencies.
• Self‑motivated, initiative‑driven and able to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
