Centre Manager – Automotive Service

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Centre Manager to lead one of the UK’s largest automotive service, maintenance and repair centres. You will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer journey while driving business performance and supporting the growth of our motoring services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of technicians and retail staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Manage daily operations, health and safety compliance and KPI targets.
• Drive sales performance and achieve revenue objectives.
• Oversee inventory, garage billing and cost control.
• Provide on‑the‑spot training and coaching to improve team skills.
• Maintain accurate records and use in‑house systems for reporting.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and team‑management experience in automotive or a similar industry.
• Strong focus on customer experience and service excellence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time‑management and ability to meet compliance standards.
• Current valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with IT systems and willingness to learn in‑house software.
