Centre Manager – Business Cyber Centre

About the role

Oxford Innovation Space is seeking a dynamic Centre Manager to lead the newly‑opened Business Cyber Centre in Chippenham. You will be the public face of the centre, driving its commercial success and fostering a vibrant community of innovators.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary figure‑head for the centre locally, regionally and nationally, promoting its services and reputation.
• Take overall responsibility for financial and commercial performance, including sales, marketing and budget management.
• Develop and maintain partnerships between Oxford Innovation Space and occupiers, identifying collaborative initiatives.
• Deliver high‑quality facilities and support services, ensuring a welcoming environment for all users.
• Lead, train and develop centre staff to provide world‑class service.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a customer‑focused or service‑oriented environment.
• Commercial mindset with a track record in sales, marketing and budget oversight.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to create professional, community‑focused workspaces.
