Certified Enforcement Agent – Salisbury

About the role

The role involves executing High Court writs and recovering judgment debts for clients across Salisbury and surrounding areas. You will work independently, following electronic instructions, and engage directly with debtors to secure payments.

Key responsibilities

• Receive electronic instructions and manage allocated cases.
• Attend debtor addresses to execute High Court writs and take control of goods.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and collect payments in line with procedures.
• Submit detailed attendance reports and complete all required paperwork electronically.
• Arrange removal and handling of seized goods according to legislation.
• Maintain accurate records of enforcement activity and communications.
• Work autonomously while staying in contact with the operational team.
• Ensure all actions comply with relevant legislation, regulations and industry standards.

Required profile

• Certified Enforcement Agent with Level 2 Taking Control of Goods certification.
• Full UK driving licence (own suitable vehicle for self‑employed applicants).
• Proven experience recovering judgment debt and executing High Court writs.
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload.
