Change & Implementation Manager

About the role

Edenred PayTech is seeking a full‑time Change & Implementation Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of change initiatives across its PayTech platform. Based on‑site in Swindon, you will work closely with product, technology, operations, risk and compliance teams to ensure smooth go‑lives and post‑implementation stability.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scopes, change plans and resource requirements for implementation projects.
• Manage timelines, budgets and cross‑functional coordination to meet delivery targets.
• Conduct impact assessments, business‑readiness activities and process‑mapping to support change adoption.
• Oversee documentation, communication and training plans for stakeholders.
• Track risks and issues, report progress to senior stakeholders and steering committees.
• Drive continuous improvement of change and implementation practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in change management, implementation or project delivery within financial services, payments or fintech.
• Strong project planning and stakeholder‑management capabilities across product, technology, operations and compliance.
• Ability to perform impact assessments, map processes and develop change, communication and training plans.
• Experience with risk and issue management, governance and senior‑level reporting.
• Comfort working with payment platforms, transaction processing and regulated environments; knowledge of FCA or EU regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or management.
