About the role
We are seeking a Change Lead to drive strategic transformation for a medium‑sized charitable organisation. The role sits at the heart of change, bringing together people, processes and technology to deliver successful outcomes and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead business change activities across a portfolio of transformation and improvement programmes.
- Support system implementations, upgrades, enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.
- Assess business impact of change and develop adoption plans.
- Work with stakeholders to map current processes, identify simplification and automation opportunities.
- Develop and deliver change management strategies, communication plans and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate business readiness, user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet requirements before go‑live.
- Design and deliver training materials, user guides and support programmes.
- Monitor adoption, measure benefits realisation and identify further improvement opportunities.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading business change, transformation and organisational improvement initiatives.
- Strong ability to work with senior leaders, operational teams and technology partners.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable benefits.
- Experience in the charitable or healthcare sector is a plus.

- Change management methodology.

- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination.
- Training design and delivery.
