Change Lead

About the role

Randstad Technologies is looking for an HR Change Lead to drive the strategic execution of a multi‑year, enterprise‑wide HR transformation. You will work at the intersection of people, process and digital technology, partnering with senior leadership to ensure seamless adoption of new HR operating models, HRIS solutions and agile ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end change management activities for major HR transformation initiatives, aligning change strategy, stakeholder readiness and communications.
• Design and deliver organisational change interventions that embed culture shift, leadership alignment and agile practices.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to operationalise new target operating models, process improvements and digital‑first platforms.
• Create change, training and communication assets such as playbooks, tool kits and impact assessments, and facilitate engagement sessions.
• Apply structured change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, MSP) and agile methodologies to measure and optimise adoption metrics.
• Provide hands‑on coaching and facilitation to business leaders and front‑line managers during transition.
• Partner with IT, HR and business leaders to align change strategies with technical delivery milestones.

Required profile

• Proven success in large‑scale, matrixed environments, preferably within FMCG, pharmaceuticals or professional services.
• Extensive experience in end‑to‑end change management, impact analysis, culture transformation and business transition.
• Demonstrated ability to develop training strategies, communication plans and assess organisational readiness.
