Change Management Consultant

About the role

Pact Solutions is seeking a proactive Change Management Consultant to lead change activities within university transformation programmes. You will ensure new systems, processes and ways of working are adopted and embedded across higher‑education institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead change delivery across multiple programmes.
• Conduct change impact assessments and design targeted interventions.
• Drive readiness activities, manage adoption risks and track embedding of change.
• Design and deliver stakeholder engagement approaches, including communications, training and support materials.
• Maintain governance artefacts such as RAID logs, reporting and documentation.
• Contribute to internal tools, methods and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in change, transformation or delivery roles.
• Strong understanding of change management principles.
• Proven ability to deliver change activity within programmes.
• Capability to translate system/process change into user impact.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Organised, analytical and proactive attitude.
• Desirable: Change certification (e.g., PROSCI, APMG), higher‑education or transformation programme experience, consultancy or system implementation exposure.
