Change Manager

About the role

The Change Manager will lead the end‑to‑end change management lifecycle for client environments, ensuring that all changes are delivered in a controlled, compliant and efficient manner. Working as an individual contributor, you will act as a trusted advisor to internal teams and clients, driving robust governance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, assess, approve, implement and review all change requests.
• Coordinate and facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
• Assess risks, impacts and dependencies, prioritising changes against business and regulatory requirements.
• Document, communicate and deliver changes in line with ITIL best practices.
• Monitor change outcomes, incident rates and post‑implementation learnings.
• Provide escalation support for change‑related issues.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align changes with business needs and risk appetite.
• Produce governance reporting, dashboards and insights for stakeholders.
• Support audits, compliance reviews and risk assessments with accurate documentation.
