Change Manager – Operating Model

About the role

The Change Manager – Operating Model will coordinate and oversee change activities across all Target Operating Model (TOM) initiatives. Acting as the programme’s “air traffic control”, you will ensure change is sequenced, aligned and delivered at a pace the organisation can absorb, while minimising disruption and supporting adoption of the new operating model.

Key responsibilities

• Provide central coordination of change activities across TOM‑related projects.
• Sequence and align change initiatives to match organisational capacity.
• Maintain a coherent narrative for the new operating model and act as the primary point of contact for change‑related queries.
• Protect the integrity of the TOM by ensuring design decisions adhere to agreed principles and end‑state outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and programme teams to guide, challenge and support successful implementation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a portfolio Change Manager on large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Strong ability to convene multiple stakeholders and lead cross‑functional projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in change orchestration, sequencing and stakeholder communication.
• Good understanding of Target Operating Model design and implementation.
• Senior‑level influence and leadership skills, capable of engaging senior executives.
