Change & Transformation Consultant – Ex‑Forces Programme

About the role

Join FDM Group as a Change and Transformation Consultant through the award‑winning Ex‑Forces Programme. You will support clients across multiple sectors by leading and overseeing critical change initiatives, drawing on your military or blue‑light background and project experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver change management, transformation and project delivery services for client organisations.
• Act in roles such as Change Manager, Transformation Manager, Project Manager or Scrum Master on assignments.
• Collaborate with client teams to define objectives, plan activities and monitor progress.
• Apply project management, business analysis and change management methodologies learned in the FDM Skills Lab.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the practice.

Required profile

• Previous career in the military, blue‑light services, reservist or military spouse.
• Strong teamwork, communication and organisational abilities.
• Demonstrated interest in business and technology.
• Commitment to at least two years of full‑time employment with FDM.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
