Channel Business Development Manager – Unified Communications

About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy Channel Business Development Manager to drive growth of our unified communications and cloud solutions portfolio. Based in Reading, you will focus on acquiring new partners, expanding existing relationships and increasing revenue across a broad range of communications technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new channel partners, including resellers, MSPs and distributors.
• Develop joint go‑to‑market plans with vendors and internal teams.
• Manage a sales pipeline to generate partner‑led revenue across UCaaS, cloud telephony, hosted voice, contact‑centre and collaboration solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, forecast revenue and track performance against targets.
• Provide enablement, training and support to partners to maximise market penetration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in channel sales or business development within unified communications, telecoms or cloud services.
• Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and margin expansion through partner channels.
• Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation and forecasting abilities.
• Familiarity with SaaS, managed services and recurring revenue business models.
