About the role

We are seeking a strategic Channel Marketing Manager to lead enterprise‑focused campaigns for our technology solutions. Based in Basingstoke, you will work hybrid, collaborating with a specialised marketing team to drive high‑impact, multi‑channel initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the long‑term enterprise marketing strategy.
• Lead the creation and delivery of multi‑channel, high‑performance campaigns.
• Manage significant budgets, ensuring strong ROI and gross profit contribution.
• Build and maintain strong vendor and internal stakeholder relationships.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing marketing team.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in IT channel or technology marketing.
• Proven track record in B2B demand‑generation marketing.
• Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution ability.
• Confident budget manager delivering measurable ROI.
• Excellent communicator, negotiator and stakeholder influencer.
• Energetic, creative and willing to challenge the status‑quo.

Required skills

• Hubspot (or similar marketing automation platform).
