Channel Partner Manager, Accounting

About the role

Ramp’s Accounting Channel is a key growth driver, and we are looking for a founding Channel Partner Manager to build our UK accounting‑partner motion from the ground up. As an early member of the London team, you will shape how Ramp collaborates with accounting and advisory firms across the region, creating go‑to‑market strategies and repeatable referral motions that fuel long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and conduct deep discovery with new accounting and advisory partners across the UK.
• Sign partners and design comprehensive go‑to‑market plans that create scalable referral motions.
• Drive revenue by generating and converting client referrals from partner firms.
• Educate partners on Ramp’s offering, onboard their teams, and hold regular business reviews.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, growth, sales, product and engineering to develop co‑marketing opportunities and inform the product roadmap.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in partner sales, business development, or channel partnerships.
• Strong discovery and consultative selling skills with a proven record of meeting revenue targets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high autonomy and a bias for action in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to work five days per week onsite in London and travel across the UK.

Required skills

• AI tools fluency (daily habit of leveraging AI for tasks).
• CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
