Channel Sales Support Agent - Bilingual French

About the role

As a Channel Sales Support Agent you will be the operational backbone for our independent contractor sales teams across the UK and Europe. You will ensure they have the tools, information and assistance needed to sell and onboard our omnichannel solutions effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for UK and Europe sales teams, responding to inquiries within agreed SLA timeframes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with independent contractor sales teams.
• Provide product knowledge, pricing details, sales collateral and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve sales inefficiencies, remove blockers and implement lasting solutions.
• Identify recurring issues and work with management to develop process improvements.
• Offer phone and face‑to‑face support when required.
• Maintain and update sales documentation, playbooks and resource libraries.
