Chartered Building Surveyor – Leeds

About the role

We are recruiting a Chartered Building Surveyor to join our client‑focused team on various projects in Leeds. The position offers the opportunity to deliver core surveying services across a range of property areas while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and report to Partners.
• Deliver value for money and comply with procurement, commercial and contractual strategies.
• Prepare key stage reports from feasibility through to completion and post‑handover.
• Manage multiple live operational projects, preparing programmes, surveys and reports.
• Administer building contracts and oversee design, health & safety and commercial processes.
• Own projects from brief to final completion and occupation.
• Undertake asset management surveys and planned maintenance inspections.

Required profile

• Degree qualified in Building Surveying (or similar) with MRICS membership preferred.
• Strong technical delivery experience and ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
• Proven client‑facing experience and ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Recognised as a collaborative team player with a proactive, positive approach.
