Chartered Commercial Surveyor – Property Consultancy

About the role

We are seeking a Chartered Commercial Surveyor to join a reputable multi‑disciplinary property consultancy in Royal Tunbridge Wells. The role offers a supportive environment with strong focus on collaboration, professional development and work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a broad range of commercial surveying services.
• Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, acquisitions and leasehold matters.
• Undertake property management duties.
• Complete Red Book valuations in line with RICS standards.
• Provide expert advice to clients across diverse commercial property assignments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support business growth while ensuring accurate, timely delivery of work.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial surveying.
• RICS‑qualified Chartered Surveyor.
• Proven experience with lease renewals, acquisitions, rent reviews, leasehold matters and property management.
• Strong knowledge of Red Book valuations.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities.
• Professional, collaborative and commercially aware approach.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.

• £50,000‑£60,000 basic salary (depending on experience) with OTE up to £65,000.
