Chartered Financial Adviser – High Salary, No Client Acquisition

About the role

Our client, a nationally recognised financial services brand, is seeking experienced Chartered Financial Advisers to join their team in Horsham. The role focuses on delivering holistic financial planning for a high‑net‑worth client portfolio, with no need to source new business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial advice covering wealth management, inheritance tax planning and investment strategies.
• Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
• Prepare and review tax-efficient structures, including trusts, VCTs and EIS investments.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver tailored solutions for each client.

Required profile

• Chartered Financial Adviser qualification (CFA, CII or equivalent).
• Proven experience in holistic financial planning for high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Strong knowledge of IHT taxation, trusts, VCTs and EIS schemes.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
