Chartered Paraplanner

About the role

We are partnering with a respected, values‑driven financial planning firm to add a Chartered Paraplanner to its growing team. The role goes beyond traditional report writing, offering the chance to work directly with the MD and Financial Planner on complex, high‑net‑worth client cases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop holistic financial planning strategies for high‑net‑worth clients.
• Identify planning opportunities and conduct detailed technical research.
• Shape client recommendations in collaboration with senior advisers.
• Contribute to business improvement and strategic initiatives.
• Participate in training, team days and occasional on‑site meetings.

Required profile

• Diploma‑qualified paraplanner, ideally Chartered or working towards chartered status.
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, retirement planning, tax and estate planning.
• Passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes and long‑term career development.
