Chartered Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking a Chartered Surveyor to join SRVO’s Survey and Professional Services team. The position is home‑based, offering professional autonomy while supporting major UK lenders and private clients with high‑quality valuation and survey work.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake lender valuations, Red Book valuations for probate, taxation and matrimonial purposes, and where required, Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys.
• Produce accurate, robust reports in line with lender, RICS and Red Book standards within agreed service level agreements.
• Follow specific lender guidance, maintain up‑to‑date CPD records and stay informed of market and regulatory developments.
• Adhere to Quality Assurance, Health & Safety and internal compliance procedures.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with lenders and private clients, exercising sound professional judgement.

Required profile

• MRICS qualified Chartered Surveyor.
• Strong technical capability, commercial awareness and disciplined compliance.
• Ability to manage workload independently while meeting deadlines.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and regulatory alignment.
