Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) – Commercial Property

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MRICS Chartered Surveyor to join our commercial property team in Stratford. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality lease advisory, rent reviews, lease renewals and valuations for a diverse portfolio of commercial assets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert lease advisory, including renewals and rent reviews, ensuring compliance with property law.
• Conduct accurate commercial property valuations in line with RICS Valuation Global Standards.
• Undertake detailed property surveys, measuring buildings and assessing pathology.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver professional advice.
• Monitor market trends to inform valuation and advisory work.
• Ensure all work adheres to RICS standards and relevant legislation.

Required profile

• Full MRICS membership and RICS Registered Valuer status.
• Minimum five years post‑qualification experience in commercial lease advisory and valuations.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with valuation software.
• Experience using property databases.
