Chartered Wealth Planner – Senior Role in London

About the role

We are seeking a Chartered (or CII‑qualified) Wealth Planner to join a respected wealth management firm in London. The role focuses on delivering expert technical wealth‑planning advice to support Investment Managers and their high‑net‑worth clients, without the pressure of new‑business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical wealth‑planning advice, specialising in retirement and estate planning.
• Deliver holistic financial planning solutions for high‑net‑worth clients.
• Accompany Investment Managers to client meetings, networking events and business‑development sessions in a supportive capacity.
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a wider Wealth Planning team.
• Build strong internal relationships with Investment Managers across the business.

Required profile

• Chartered status ideal, or CII qualifications with a clear path to chartered status.
• Proven experience advising high‑net‑worth clients on financial planning.
• Comfortable operating in a support‑focused role without direct client ownership or sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Based in London and able to work onsite three days per week.
