About the role
Join a growing hospitality venue in Borehamwood as a Chef de Partie, working with quality local produce and enjoying sensible daytime hours. You will run your own section, preparing fresh, seasonal dishes and supporting menu development.
Key responsibilities
- Run your own section during prep and service, ensuring high‑standard dishes.
- Prepare fresh, seasonal dishes using local ingredients.
- Support menu development and daily specials.
- Assist with stock control and food costing.
- Maintain excellent Food Safety and HACCP standards.
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie.
- Background in fresh‑food kitchens.
- Organised, reliable and a strong team player.
- Passion for quality ingredients and consistent cooking.

What we offer
- Salary £32,000‑£35,000 per year.
- Predominantly daytime hours with the latest finish around 8 pm.
