About the role

Join a prestigious training and events venue in the Gloucestershire countryside as a Chef de Partie. You will work in a dynamic kitchen brigade, preparing high‑quality dishes for corporate conferences, weddings and private celebrations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present dishes for weekday delegate catering and weekend events.
• Maintain consistent standards across a three‑course dinner service and a varied weekend menu.
• Work across all kitchen sections, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in daily service and special event execution.

Required profile

• Passionate about delivering excellent food with attention to detail.
• Organised, reliable and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willing to commute daily to Wotton under Edge; accommodation is not provided.

Required skills

• Proficiency in food preparation, cooking and plating techniques.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and health‑and‑safety standards.
