About the role

We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Wadworth. In this role you will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef, helping to deliver high‑quality dishes across our pubs.

Key responsibilities

• Work as part of the kitchen team, assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef.

Required profile

• Team‑player who collaborates with front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff to ensure a fantastic customer experience.
• Reliable and passionate – punctual, well presented, honest and enthusiastic.
• Focused, motivated and able to bring a good sense of humour to the team.
