About the role
We are seeking two Chef de Partie professionals for a seasonal hospitality operation in West Cornwall. The role offers live‑in accommodation, an immediate start, and runs until mid‑September.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards.
- Manage kitchen operations during lone‑working shifts.
- Rotate and control stock, ensuring accurate inventory.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow cleaning schedules.
- Comply with food hygiene and safety procedures.
- Record and document kitchen activities as required.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of food hygiene standards.
- Availability for the full assignment until mid‑September.
- Willingness to travel to the location or use provided live‑in accommodation.
