About the role

Chef de Partie – Gaia London is seeking a passionate chef to join its award‑winning, luxury Greek‑Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of the city. Working alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will lead a section, deliver high‑quality dishes and support junior team members while upholding the restaurant’s premium standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present high‑quality dishes in line with brand standards.
• Run your section efficiently during service.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail and consistency.
• Follow all hygiene, food safety and kitchen procedures.
• Support junior chefs and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Assist with menu development and seasonal updates when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury restaurant or five‑star hotel.
• Strong technical cooking skills and a passion for Mediterranean cuisine.
• Positive attitude, leadership qualities and ability to perform under pressure.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional food and hospitality.
