Chef De Partie – Modern British Restaurant

About the role

Whether you’re helping to create a traditional Sunday lunch, presenting our popular afternoon tea, or designing menus for themed events, the Chef De Partie delivers food that keeps customers returning. Working in a modern British restaurant with seasonal menus, you will help maintain a unique and special dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Produce consistently outstanding food during service.
• Assist with stock ordering, rotation and ensure cleanliness according to HACCP rules.
• Support the management team in developing new dishes and menus.

Required profile

• Proven experience running a kitchen section and managing food deliveries.
• Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 (preferred).
• Experience of stock ordering and good culinary knowledge.
• Positive attitude, flexible approach to duties and shift patterns.
• Ability to work under pressure and provide warm, professional service.
