Chef de Partie – Pub Kitchen

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join an independent pub with rooms in Stroud, currently operating at one Rosette. You will work alongside a small, experienced team, supporting the Head Chef in delivering high‑quality British and French dishes using fresh, local, seasonal ingredients.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and service flow.
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes across multiple kitchen sections.
• Maintain consistency, attention to detail, and high standards of food quality.
• Contribute to menu development and presentation.
• Ensure food safety standards are met, holding a Level 2 Food Safety Certificate (or arrange).

Required profile

• Currently working at a one‑Rosette level (two Rosettes desirable but not essential).
• Strong passion for cooking and desire to work in a friendly, non‑corporate environment.
• Eagerness to learn, develop new skills, and contribute ideas to the menu.
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
