Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes that meet the club’s quality standards.

• Develop and suggest new menu items based on member feedback.
• Work both independently and as part of the kitchen team.
• Support a welcoming and inclusive dining environment.

• Strong knowledge of food safety and health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Self‑motivated with pride in producing great quality food.
• Ability to work individually and collaboratively.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
